Reports are an extremely important part of your duties as a Quill. This is how you stay in contact with your Scribe and report your dusting of the fighters.

Each week your Scribe will email you the URLs of the fighters you will be partying with. It is your privilege as a Quill, to party at these sites in their Spirit Book or GuestBook or email them if they don't have a guestbook.

You will email to your Scribe the information they need, and in the format they choose.

If the site you are dusting does not have a Spirit Book or GuestBook or if the book is not working, please do not just leave the fighter's site! Email this fighter and let them know you came to party with gifts. This email you will cc to your Scribe,and DScribe.

Your Scribe will notify you when they want the report sent to them. Usually it is no later than Saturday evening.

If you experience some unexpected problems which prevent you from dusting; notify your Scribe immediately and maybe they can help.
